Western born, southern raised…

Daisy Sellas is, first and foremost, a storyteller. She’s a record keeper and historian, a chronicler of quiet moments. And she’s finally ready to tell her story.

With influences that range from the Rolling Stones to Patsy Cline and from Lana Del Rey to Cody Jinks, Daisy Sellas is a songwriter whose style is a confident, self described mix of blues-country-pop-and-roll. Raised on a cattle ranch in Southern California, Daisy writes with inventive lyrics and melodies that reflect her upbringing while exploring the catchy sounds that attracted her to Nashville in the first place. Now having graduated from Belmont with a songwriting degree and a minor in creative writing, Daisy is continuing to shape her craft while playing shows around the city, including performances at Tootsie’s, the End, Live Oak, the Local, the East Room, and the Five Spot. Daisy has twelve singles out on music platforms, her most popular of which is the autobiographical "My Mom's a Hippie, My Dad's a Marine," a favorite at her live shows.
